You must be at least 21 years of age to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — tracking your martini tastings at BarTini's locations. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any photos and tasting notes you submit through the app. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the app.
The app uses GPS to verify your presence at BarTini's locations when recording tastings. Location-verified tastings are marked accordingly. We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS verification.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarTini's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
